本規約

本サービス利用規約

ユーザー

本規約およびプライバシーポリシーの内容を全て了解・承認した上で、当方が本サービスで提供するAIフィードバック、テキスト、デザイン、ロゴ、映像、プログラム、アイディア、その他の情報（以下、「コンテンツ」）を検索、閲覧または利用する者の総称

本サービス

当方が提供するAIを活用した大学出願支援サービスとそれに付随するサービス。大学出願関連情報の提供、そして合格率試算ツールなどを含む。

購入者

当方が定める手続に従い、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーの内容を全て了解・承認した上で、サービスの申し込みを行う者

適用範囲 / Scope of Application

本規約は、当方が提供する全てのサービス（以下、「本サービス」）及び関連する全ての機能、アプリケーション、サービス、技術、ソフトウェアを含む）に適用されます。これには当方のウェブサイト、API、アプリケーション、メール通知、ウィジェット、広告、商業機会、および当方が提供するその他のサービスも含まれます。本サービスを初めて使用する時点で、利用者は本規約の全ての条項に同意したものとみなされます。

本規約の変更 / Changes to this Agreement

当方は、当方が必要と判断する場合、本サービスの目的の範囲内で本規約を変更できる。利用者および購入者が本規約変更後に本サービスを利用した場合には、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

言語と適用範囲 / Language and Scope of Application

本規約は、日本語と英語の両方で提供されます。日本国内のユーザーに対しては日本語版の利用規約が適用され、日本国外のユーザーに対しては英語版の利用規約が適用されます。ユーザーは、自身の所在地に応じて適切な言語の利用規約を参照し、理解・同意した上で本サービスを利用するものとします。

サービスの購入 / Purchasing Services

当サイトは、個人情報の正確性及び安全確保のために、セキュリティ対策を徹底し、個人情報の漏洩、改ざん、不正アクセスなどの危険については、必要かつ適切なレベルの安全対策を実施しています。

サービスの解約 / Cancellation of Services

利用停止、訂正、開示等の申し出があった場合には、所定の方法に基づき対応します。

• Acts that damage our credibility, or acts that we deem inappropriate
• Providing new services using this Service
• Acts that put an excessive burden on communication
• Scraping
• Other acts that we deem inappropriate

If an act that violates the Terms of Use is confirmed, we will take appropriate measures such as requesting that the act be stopped. We will take legal action as necessary.

入力フォームとユーザーデータ / Input Forms and User Data

当サービスは、エッセイ投稿等のための入力フォームを提供し、これらフォームを通じて送信されたデータを適切に保管する。これらのデータは、サービスの運営や改善を目的として使用される。また、スパムや不正アクセスの検出、及び予防を目的として、利用者がサービスにアクセスした際のIPアドレスやブラウザのユーザーエージェント文字列等の情報を収集・保管する。これらの情報は個人を特定するものではなく、サービスの安全性を確保する目的でのみ使用される。当サービスは、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の取扱には十分な注意を払う。
